Peter Cox Property Care Sales Surveyor
We're currently seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team covering the Southampton and surrounding areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Why Join Rentokil?- Competitive salary: £26,655 basic plus £2,000 per annum South East allowance. Expected OTE £30,000–£35,000 with bonus and commission.

- Full‑time permanent role, Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week.

In this field‑based role you’ll visit new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions to their preservation issues. Daily travel is required; you should be comfortable on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to ensuring our customers are satisfied.
Requirements- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Relevant experience in construction, building maintenance or preservation is advantageous but not essential.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
- Background in sales is advantageous as you will work face‑to‑face with customers regularly.
- May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
