We are working with a fast growing company in the shipping and logistics sector, looking to hire a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in sales. No previous experience is required.

• Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Manage the full sales journey from first contact to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Work towards targets and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great client experience

• Confident, clear communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Motivated and target driven with a strong work ethic
• Keen to learn and develop in a sales environment
• Resilient and positive approach to challenges
• Background in retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome
• Driving licence is ideal

• £35,000 basic salary
• £35,000 to £45,000 on target earnings
