We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Kerry Dairy and Pilgrims Food Masters across Reading. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well‑established product range.

This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast‑paced retail environment. It offers continuous support from colleagues, fantastic career growth opportunities and excellent perks.

The Kerry Dairy and Pilgrims Food Masters Account and team

You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with retailers, growing Kerry Dairy and Pilgrims Food Masters market share within your defined territory, driving sales of their fantastic portfolio of Richmond Sausages, Strings & Things, and Fridge Raiders by maximising brand availability and visibility in Grocery stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to deliver against your agreed targets.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
  • Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
  • Driving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range
  • Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
  • Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
  • Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in field sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and territory planning ability
  • Be self‑motivated and results‑driven
  • A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)

Nice to Have:

  • Merchandising or POS execution experience
  • Direct selling skills
