Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£70,000-£80,000+ OTE)

This is not a role for experienced Account Managers or senior sales professionals with several years of industry experience. Instead, we're looking for people with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to build a successful long‑term career.

The OpportunityAs an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll learn how to manage the full sales cycle, giving you exposure to every stage of the sales process.
Responsibilities- Identifying and engaging potential business customers
- Building relationships with key decision‑makers
- Managing new business opportunities from initial contact through to close
- Learning effective sales, negotiation, and account management techniques
- Supporting customers post‑sale and developing long‑term relationships
- Managing your own pipeline and working towards revenue targets
- Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients
This is a highly autonomous role where your success is directly linked to your effort, development, and ability to build relationships.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sports, events, or other people‑focused environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
Please note this is a full‑time office‑based position in Reading, working five days per week.
