A respected estate agency group is seeking an organised and customer-focused Trainee Sales Progressor to join its Reading office. This role is ideal for an individual looking to develop a career within the property industry while gaining valuable experience in the residential sales process.

The successful candidate will support the sales progression team in managing property transactions from agreed sale through to completion.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who enjoys building relationships and ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout the sales process.

- Assist in managing residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and branch teams to help progress transactions
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates to all parties involved
- Support the identification and resolution of issues that may delay exchanges or completions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
- Deliver a professional and proactive customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or a customer-facing role preferred
- Interest in the property industry and a desire to build a career in estate agency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
