Sales Executive Winnersh, Reading | Hybrid (3 days in the office) Were looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to join a fast-growing digital platform in the automotive space. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team, supporting customers through a seamless online sales journey. Whats on offer £30,000 basic salary  commission (OTE £42,000) Hybrid working (3 days in the office) 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (Mon Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working Private healthcare, pension and life assurance Enhanced annual leave  option to buy more Company share options and strong progression opportunities Work-from-abroad flexibility and generous learning & development budget The role Youll manage your own pipeline of customers looking to sell their vehicles, supporting them from start to finish.

This includes reviewing listings, providing guidance, handling objections and delivering a smooth, positive experience across phone, email and digital channels.
