Property Surveyor

Property Sales Surveyor – Southampton and surrounding areas

We are seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team covering the Southampton and surrounding areas. You will manage your own schedule and solve unique customer problems in person.

In this field-based role, you'll visit new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions to preservation issues. Travel across Southampton and surrounding counties is required.

• Visit customers to assess property preservation needs.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication.
• Schedule and manage own travel and appointments.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Relevant experience within construction, building maintenance or preservation industry (advantageous, not essential).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in sales is advantageous; ability to work face‑to‑face with customers.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.

• Competitive salary: basic £26,655 + £2,000 South East allowance.
• Expected OTE £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes.
