Role and Main Tasks

In this role, you will lead the sale of a modern cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Platform, enabling clients to unify, govern, and activate trusted data across Customer, Counter party, Product, and Risk domains – with a special focus on clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. You will personally drive new business wins by delivering a value‑add, consultative sales approach to some of the most dynamic and data‑driven industries in the world.

  • Win new BFSI customer through solution‑centric, consultative selling and contract negotiation
  • Lead end‑to‑end complex sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, solution alignment, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and deliver a value‑add and solution‑centric customer experience
  • Deliver winning proposals / successful RFI/RFPs
  • Build, manage, and progress a strong opportunity pipeline to successful closes
  • Engage senior and C‑level stakeholders to uncover needs and craft value‑based solutions
  • Collaborate with partners to amplify market reach and impact

Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you will have a wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on a solution‑oriented approach to the sale. You will leverage your existing BFSI network and proven track record in selling data‑driven, mission‑critical platforms to C‑level stakeholders, while shaping and executing a scalable go‑to‑market and territory growth strategy.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution selling, in Enterprise SaaS solutions with consistent over achievement of 7‑ and 8‑figure quotas
  • Bring a track record of winning new business in BFSI or related sectors
  • Proven insurance‑sector sales experience, ideally across carriers, life & pensions, specialty/reinsurance, brokers/MGAs and intermediary‑led distribution will set you apart
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs
  • Proven success selling Master Data Management (MDM), data platforms, or data/AI solutions into BFSI is strongly preferred
  • Know how to drive strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders at C‑level
  • Understand the dynamics of partner‑driven enterprise sales and know how to leverage them
  • A self‑starter, proactive, resilient with a positive “can‑do” and “roll‑up‑the‑sleeves” mentality to get the job done
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari
