Basic salary of £29,741.4, plus bonus, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

• Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability.
• Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
• Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence.
• Proactively conducting follow‑up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.

• Previous customer‑facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers.
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable.
• Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
