ERP Account Manager

Job Title:Dynamics 365 Business Central Account ManagerSalary:£50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + CommissionLocation:UK based - Midlands / South preferred

Hybrid working with customer travelWork Type:PermanentRole:WeDo are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who are continuing to grow their customer base and commercial team.

They are looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager who understands the Dynamics ecosystem and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.

This is not a high-volume transactional sales environment. The focus is on understanding customers, identifying opportunities and helping organisations get maximum value from their technology investment.Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships across an existing customer base
• Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Work closely with consulting and delivery teams
• Understand customer challenges and align suitable solutions
• Support customer strategy and long-term account growth
• Represent the business as a trusted commercial advisor

Required Skills:

• Experience with in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous account management, customer success or sales experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to have commercial conversations with customers
• Understanding of ERP projects and services
• Consultative approach rather than transactional selling style
