Reading, Berkshire (Hybrid with occasional travel to Andover Office)
Salary: £31,000 to £35,000 per year.
We're looking for a relationship‑driven Client Portfolio Lead to own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, becoming a trusted partner in delivering exceptional wellbeing solutions and experiences. This high‑impact role blends service excellence with commercial growth: you will lead client relationships end‑to‑end, drive retention, shape wellbeing strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure every client feels valued and supported. Working across sales, operations and product teams you will turn insight into action and build partnerships that genuinely make a difference.
