Overview
Sales Consultant contract: 32 hours per week.
Location:
The Oracle Centre, Reading. Salary: £13.37 per hour; OTE first year £23.42. Please note the successful candidate will be required to work 4 out of 7 days, including weekdays and weekends, on a permanent basis.
- Act as a brand ambassador for TAG Heuer at Beaverbrooks, upholding the brand image while passionately selling TAG Heuer watches and chronographs.
- Create memorable customer moments, both in-store and during window displays, by presenting products in an engaging and informed way.
- Learn the product range to understand what makes each item special and how to communicate this to customers.
- Maintain accountability and align with the Beaverbrooks Way, including working hard to meet and exceed sales targets based on prior year performance and providing feedback on progress to support skill growth.
- Displays a passion for luxury watches and the customer experience, with a genuine interest in listening to customers and building trust through honesty.
- Has or is willing to develop merchandising skills to create an extraordinary presentation; training is provided if needed.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic, understanding that effort drives rewards.
