The Role

As the Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing the company's online customer accounts, delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first enquiry through to post-sale support and ongoing account management.

Acting as the primary point of contact for all Ecommerce enquiries, you'll build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to increase sales, and ensure customers receive a seamless and professional service throughout their journey.
