The role This Commercial Business Development Manager role is to lead from the front, to ensure the continual growth of the companys new business targets across the full portfolio of services whilst growing new business via direct sales and through partner sites. The role requires a natural hunter who delivers profitable customer relationships through effective client interaction.

Experience working for one of the 3PL / freight / fulfilment / transport / logistics providers Self-starter with a hunter mentality and relentless drive for new business. Strategic thinker capable of selling value beyond price-per-pallet. Relationship-builder who can convert prospects into long-term partners. Highly organised , able to manage multiple leads, projects, and deadlines. Positive influencer with strong negotiation and closing ability.

Quality communication skills Knowledge of the UK pallet and logistics market Demonstrable a sales track record of new business wins. You must demonstrate a hunger for success, and be prepared to invest exceptional time and effort to achieve our client's ambitions.
