The Role
Working with pre-qualified customer appointments, you will visit homeowners across the Home Counties, understand their requirements, provide expert product advice, and create tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend pre-booked appointments with residential customers.
* Conduct professional consultations and product demonstrations.
* Measure and assess customer requirements where necessary.
* Prepare and present accurate quotations.
* Build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
* Manage your own diary and workload effectively.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
About You
* Previous experience in home improvement sales is essential.
* Experience selling windows, doors, conservatories, roofing products, glazing, or similar building products would be highly advantageous.
* Strong closing skills with a consultative approach.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.
* Full UK driving licence.
