Broker Manager Role

As a Broker Manager, you'll play a crucial role in arranging Loans and Soft/Hard Asset Finance, securing funding for businesses ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000. It's a dynamic, fast-paced position that promises to keep you engaged, motivated, and learning new things every day. As a Broker Manager, you will:
Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions. Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary. Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the Sales and Board Directors, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing. Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.

Requirements:
While previous sales experience, particularly in the commercial finance sector, is preferred, we are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact. Compensation and Benefits: A competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure (uncapped).
