Field sales position promoting a manufactured range of building and home automation National role, you will spend 4 days per week out on the road in front of customers, one day working from our clients South East based office, making calls and setting appointments 50% of the role will focus on developing relations with MEP consultants and M&E consultants Remaining 50% developing relationships with M&E contractors You will inherit a project pipeline of circa £3.5m and will be expected to grow this to £5m in your first year No revenue target in the first 6 months, then £500k and £1m in the following year Circa 70% of your revenue will come via approx.
1000 installer partner relationships, 30% from your own network and business development activity The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Building Automation with:
