About the Role We're looking for a customer focused Account Executive to support our network of Brokers and direct business customers. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll help deliver a market-leading customer experience by resolving queries, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth.
This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction. Based on information from What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with Brokers and business customers. Manage a portfolio of allocated customer accounts. Handle customer queries relating to billing, payments, consumption, refunds, and wholesaler interactions.
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Support debt management activities and help ensure timely payment collection. Provide regular updates to customers and Brokers on outstanding issues. Assist with retaining existing business and identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Support sales and marketing activities, including events and customer engagement initiatives. Provide cover for the Account Manager and Sales Manager when required.
What We're Looking For Essential Previous customer service or account management experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to learn. Experience working in utilities/water industry.
