You will play an important role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with buyers and vendors, and supporting successful property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion. Registering applicants and identifying their property requirements Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Generating and converting new business opportunities Progressing sales transactions and maintaining regular communication with clients Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator is essential Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability Professional and confident telephone manner Positive and proactive approach to work Well-presented with strong communication skills Local knowledge of Reading Full UK Driving Licence essential Is this the role for you?
