Sales Support Administrator

We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team in Theale, Reading

Theale, Reading | Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday

Join Jurni Leasing, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing vehicle leasing brokers. We work with leading vehicle manufacturers and funders, helping customers get the right vehicle, from enquiry right through to delivery.

We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team in Theale, Reading.

You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, supporting customers and the sales team throughout the vehicle ordering process.

• Manage customer accounts and handle queries
• Process credit proposals and finance documentation
• Prepare customer orders and agreements
• Track orders from sale through to vehicle delivery
• Arrange vehicle deliveries and collections
• Liaise with customers, sales consultants, dealers and finance partners
• Keep spreadsheets, systems and customer records accurate and up to date
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide great service
• Provide wider administrative support to the sales team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong MS Office and systems skills
• A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving skills
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team

Motor industry, dealership or sales administration experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
