We’re expanding our commercial team in Reading, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to learn fast, win big, and grow their career.

• Book high-quality meetings for our Business Development team
• Run smart outbound outreach across Linked In, email, phone, and offline channels
• Research fintech, payments, iGaming, and financial-services companies
• Tailor messaging that cuts through and earns attention
• Own your pipeline and keep it sharp
• Support campaigns with our Marketing team and follow up on event leads
• Travel to attend trade shows and meet prospects in person

You’ll be based in our Reading HQ, surrounded every day by an experienced, high-performing Sales and Marketing team.

You’ll learn directly from senior leaders, top performers, and experts who will accelerate your development and give you the tools to succeed.

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or anything that proves you can communicate and persuade
• Confidence, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
• A love for targets, momentum, and seeing the pipeline grow
• Hunger to progress into BDM/AE roles
• Interest in AI
