Job Overview
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Field Engineer for a successful Managed Service Provider to be based in Berkshire?
Responsibilities- Perform field service visits to our client base to repair failed equipment.
- Assist with installation projects.
- Assist our helpdesk by providing telephone support when required.
- Full driving license.
- Experience working in a customer focused role and within IT field service repair.
- CompTIA A+ Certification Desirable.
- Field based role with national coverage.
- Role will involve overnight stays as and when required to suit the needs of the business.
- Full-time permanent position; may involve working out of hours on a rota basis to ensure there is 24‑hour cover 365 days a year.
- Standard working days are Monday to Friday.
