I have an excellent opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to join an award winning house builder, working on a new build residential scheme in Reading, Berkshire.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Finishing Foreman to work on a new build residential scheme comprising circa 60 houses and flats. The project has approximately 6 months remaining with plots at various stages. They are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman with a strong track record working on new build housing and low level flats, ideally from a carpentry or plastering background, with a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail.

The contract will last for 6 months and if all goes well will lead to further work.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable house builder
• Experience working on new build housing and low level flats
• Strong experience with the finishes stages with excellent attention to detail
• High standards in relation to achieving quality and zero defects
• Carpentry or Plastering background
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to and work in Reading on a daily basis
• Be available to start at short notice
