Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused plans that balance risk and need.
  • Build effective relationships with children and families to ensure their voices inform care planning.
  • Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated safeguarding interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and audit processes
About You
  • • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • • Experience with in children’s services, ideally in assessment or safeguarding teams.
  • • Proven experience managing statutory casework within a local authority setting.
