Hartland High School is seeking a dedicated Support Staff Pastoral Lead to help ensure a safe, supportive environment where learning can flourish. You will work with students, families and staff to reinforce positive behaviour and wellbeing.
Joining Greenshaw Learning Trust, you will contribute to safeguarding, attendance initiatives, and detention processes, while supporting induction and community engagement. The role runs 8am–4pm, with a focus on high standards and no excuses culture.
