Reading Borough Council’s Kinship & Permanence Service is recruiting a Social Worker to assess and support kinship carers and special guardians. The role focuses on completing viability work, Regulation 24 processes, private fostering registrations, and ensuring permanent solutions for children looked after by RBC.
You will work as part of a team, provide 1:1 support to carers, and liaise with partners to deliver high quality outcomes.
