Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a compassionate Personal Adviser to join the Here4U Care Leaver Hub and support young people aged 16 to 25 as they transition from care into adulthood.
You will build meaningful relationships, provide practical, emotional and advocacy-based support, and work with families, carers and partner agencies to enable education, employment, training, housing and health outcomes.
