Job Title: Family Recovery Coordinator

Salary: £23 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Locum, Full Time, 3 Months
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Recovery Coordinator to join a Drug and Alcohol Service in Reading. This full-time locum position offers a three-month contract and the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting families affected by substance misuse. - Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of interventions and client progress.
- Engage with community resources and services to strengthen support networks for individuals and families.
- Relevant qualification in Social Work, Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse, Counselling, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working within drug and alcohol, substance misuse, family support, or recovery services.
- Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, recovery-focused practice, and relevant legislation.
