Reading Borough Council is recruiting a Domestic Abuse Practitioner to provide support, risk assessment, information and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse. Based in the Family Safeguarding Team, the role focuses on empowering clients while keeping their children safe and working with a range of agencies.
The post requires experience in confidential safeguarding, an understanding of domestic abuse, and a valid driving license. An enhanced DBS check is required.
