Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Social Justice Officer - Learning Support Assistant in Wokingham. This full-time role offers from £108 a day and provides hands-on experience supporting young people with SEMH, ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence in school settings.
You'll work with therapists and staff, using restorative approaches to promote positive behaviour, help students regulate emotions and re-engage with education, and contribute to a trauma-informed environment.
