Portsmouth City Council is recruiting six Community Wellbeing Workers to join the Wellbeing Service. Roles are 8 hours per week across Portsea, Somerstown, Buckland, Landport, Paulsgrove and Wymering; days discussed at interview.
As a Community Wellbeing Worker you will build trusted relationships, assess needs, and create tailored wellbeing plans. You will help people access support for housing, debt, isolation and other health determinants, while working with partners citywide.
