Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Bedford on a permanent, full-time basis. You will assess needs, coordinate care plans, and work with Health, Education and the Voluntary Sector to support vulnerable children and families.
You must hold a Social Work qualification and be HCPC registered, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
