Shaw Trust in Great Yarmouth is seeking an Employment Specialist to be the bridge to opportunity for people who need support to enter or stay in work. You’ll manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs and work out in the community with employers.
Deliver IPS or Supported Employment with full training, provide person-centred guidance, build relationships with local employers, and help clients achieve employment goals while meeting clear targets.
