St Mary's Hospice in Cumbria (Ulverston) invites applications for the Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service Coordinator role. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred support to patients, families and carers from diagnosis, through illness to bereavement.
The post involves coordinating holistic support, managing an allocated caseload and working with colleagues, volunteers and partner organisations to strengthen community connections and reduce isolation.
