Profectus Recruitment are working with an innovative, fast-growing software company based in Reading who are looking to add a talented Developer to their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that builds award-winning products within the Salesforce ecosystem, working with a number of well-known, household-name clients. You’ll be joining a small, highly experienced engineering team of 4, working directly with the Founder, giving you real exposure to decision-making, architecture, and product direction.

The Role

You’ll be designing and building features across a modern tech stack, including Azure-hosted services, Salesforce applications, and integrations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to think about architecture, contribute ideas, and work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and enhancing features across Salesforce (no previous knowledge required), Azure, and backend services
