WhatThe Role
- Partner closely with the founders to shape product strategy and steer technical direction
- Build fast, iterate boldly and still hold an exceptional engineering bar
- Play a defining role in the culture, processes and engineering foundations of a product set to scale rapidly
- 5+ years engineering experience working in high-growth early stage startups
- BSc/MSc from highly ranked University (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, etc.)
- 5+ years experience working with Python / Type Script
- Very competitive salary (Top of the market) + meaningful equity
- Work directly with two founders who have previously built and exited successful ventures
- Huge ownership over product, architecture and direction
- Build a category-defining AI platform with the potential for global scale
