Join our team as an Integration & Verification Lead and take a leading role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex embedded systems for advanced defence applications. You will focus on system-level integration testing
, designing and executing comprehensive test plans for both automation and manual testing
. Your expertise in Red Linux, BASH scripting, and virtualization technologies will be critical in validating hardware-software components and optimizing mission‑critical systems.

Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain SC clearance.

• Conduct system-level integration testing for hardware and software components in embedded defence systems.
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans for both automation and manual testing scenarios.
• Utilize BASH scripting and Red Linux to streamline testing processes and environments.
• Leverage virtualization and Docker for efficient deployment and testing of containerized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing to ensure systems meet rigorous performance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate and optimize embedded systems for defence applications.

• 5+ years of experience in integration testing within complex embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Red Linux, BASH scripting, and virtualization technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in automation testing, complemented by manual testing expertise.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerized applications.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive test plans and execute system‑level validation.
• Experience in testing within defence or related high‑integrity systems is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or relevant technical/military background with equivalent hands‑on experience.

• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks for hardware‑software integration.
• Knowledge of defence standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.
• Exposure to high‑integrity embedded systems or related defence applications.
