Pay and Contract

Pay Rate: £44,633.66 + maximum bonus of £2,000 based on performance & attendance (split equally each quarter). Grade: RCS P. Contract Type:
Permanent (Full‑Time).

Reading – RG2 0BS
. Shift patterns:
Monday to Friday, day shift, start times from 04:30am/05:30am.

• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regularly complete vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.

• Valid HGV Class 1, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum of 6 months recent class 1 driving experience.
