Temp to Perm | £19 per hour | £45,500 per year
A&G Resourcing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Reading for an experienced HGV Class 1 Night Driver.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering regular Monday to Friday night trunking and a clear route into permanent employment.
The Role
* Night trunking between the depot and the hub, returning to the depot
* No multi-drop deliveries
* No manual handling – trunking only
* Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
* Ensuring all journeys are completed safely and professionally
Working Pattern
* Monday to Friday nights
* No weekends
* No Bank Holidays
* Christmas and Easter always off
Pay & Benefits
Temporary Period
* £19.00 per hour
* Temp-to-perm opportunity
Permanent Position
* £45,500 per year
* Regular Monday to Friday night work
* No weekends or Bank Holidays
* Christmas and Easter always off
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* A minimum 6months HGV Class 1 driving experience
* Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
