A well‑established public accounting firm is growing with several positions open. The firm is recognized for its strong technical expertise, exceptional client service, and supportive, people‑first culture. Due to continued growth, the Senior Tax Manager is an urgent need. The position offers possible growth to a Partner level.

The role offers opportunities for leadership, team development, client‑facing work, and long‑term advancement. The ideal candidate will have strong tax technical skills, experience managing engagements, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.

• Review and manage a broad range of tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, trust)
• Lead and mentor staff and senior tax professionals
• Oversee engagement planning, workflow, and timely delivery of client work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify tax planning strategies and support business development as needed
• Participate in process improvements and firm‑wide initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting
• Willingness to step in and take over a large book of business ($800k–$900k revenue)
• Grow with the firm and become an equity partner
• Certifications:
  
  CPA required; EA considered
• Services: SMB, individual, corporations, partnerships, planning, trust, estates, partnership with 3–4 financial groups
