Our client, a leading commercial real estate company, located in Red Bank, NJ is looking to hire a Director of Accounting to join their team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:- 10-15 years of relevant real estate accounting experience
- Oversee and manage daily accounting functions across multiple real estate entities and properties
- Ensure integrity of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting specific to real estate operations
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures across a multi-entity environment
- Manage day to day accounting of outsourced 3rd party vendor
- Serve as a key leader within the accounting department, aligning team with company goals
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple properties and entities
