George Wall Fordhas a job opening for a Service Advisor. We are looking for a conscientious, people-oriented candidate dedicated to delivering first-class customer service as well as help foster a positive team atmosphere.
Prior Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred for this position as it is pivotal that our technicians and advisors can effectively communicate not only with each other, but with our customers as well.
Compensation/Benefits- Pay structure based on total shop production and individual productivity - estimated compensation is $100k-$120k

- Greet customers promptly and clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
- Prepare complete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Verifythat the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Must be able to multi-taskin a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of automobiles
