This is a full-time remote role for a New Jersey Mortgage Loan Officer. 100% commission-based. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role includes working closely with NEW JERSEY clients to provide top-notch customer service, assisting in underwriting processes, and collaborating with other team members to achieve successful loan closings.
Qualifications- 2 Years of Experience in Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Industry
- Has passed the SAFE MLO Exam
- Skills in Customer Service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with remote-only work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date on all required CE
