Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the patient’s speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs and communication goals.
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using evidence‑based practices.
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies, speech exercises, and safe swallowing techniques.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient‑centered approach.
