We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy, and customer-focused Support and Operations Associate to join our in‑person team in Red Bank, NJ. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional support to both our customers and internal team members. You will work hands‑on with technology, onboarding processes, equipment logistics, and the operational systems that keep our organization running smoothly.

The Operations Coordinator will report to the Chief Operation Officer and will be based out of the Red Bank, NJ office.
Location: Red Bank, NJ (In‑Person) Responsibilities Customer Support & Onboarding- Provide customer‑facing technical support during onboarding, including troubleshooting breathalyzer devices, app issues, connectivity problems, and related tech questions.
- Guide new employees through setup steps and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Address customer and team inquiries in a timely, compassionate, and solutions‑driven manner.
- Support onboarding for new team members by provisioning laptops, setting up accounts, and coordinating hardware shipping or purchasing.
- Serve as a go‑to resource for existing staff for ad‑hoc tech support, IT troubleshooting, and general internal assistance.
- Prepare, generate, and distribute operational reports.
- Handle logistics for non‑routine, time‑sensitive, or urgent orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage restocking of supplies with logistics partners, ensuring proper inventory levels and smooth operations.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support organizational needs.
- Strong technical aptitude; comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working fully in‑person.
- BA Degree or 5+ years of experience in tech support, customer support, or operations roles.
- Experience in tech support, customer support, or operations roles.
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping workflows, or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of HR or onboarding processes.
- Individuals who are in recovery from Substance Use Disorder or passionate about recovery from Substance Use Disorder.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- A willingness to pitch in where needed.
- A desire to grow with a rapidly scaling team and take on more responsibility over time.
