Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney. The ideal candidate has experience handling plaintiffs personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, slip/falls)
Duties- Assist attorneys in the preparation of personal injury cases by gathering evidence and documentation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information pertinent to cases.
- Handle depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
- NJ License to practice law. (A plus if you are licensed in NY as well.)
- Must have at least 3/4 years of straight high volume plantiffs personal injury experience. (Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. Other practice areas do not substitute for the requirement.)
