The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking an experienced Clinic LPN to join our team!

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Red Bank, NJ. At Springpoint, the clinic LPN provides direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the daily personal care activities performed by the Personal Care/Clinic Aide. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Clinic Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services in accordance with established nursing standards and all SSL policies and procedures.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds when needed in the Clinic.
• Respond to ILU and ESP residents and report any problems to Clinic Coordinator.
• Notify physician and the Clinic Coordinator of any changes or concerns in resident’s condition.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise personal care to residents by Personal Care/Clinic Aide.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. nurses notes, weekly wound assessments, psychotropic charting, etc.).
• Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
• Assist with evaluation of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed an appropriate and approved training program and possess a valid NJ LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years experience required.

Pay Range: $33 - $37 / hour
