LPN - Desk Nurse + Great Benefits!! – Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing – Red Bank, NJ

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for essential roles in our post‑acute rehabilitation facility. Weekend shifts available. Full‑time (11pm–7am) and part‑time options.

• Assist CNAs in performing ADLs and routine care.
• Conduct resident/patient treatments.
• Administer medication per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Submit pharmacy orders.
• Accurately document and record all information.
• Give injections of medication as prescribed.
• Observe resident health and communicate current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Perform basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
• Manage IVs, starting IV drips.
• Monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
• Assist as directed in admissions process.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work nights and weekends.
