Nurse Manager - South Telemetry

The Nurse Manager is the designated leader responsible for the provision of high-quality nursing care that complies with regulations. This role is ideal for experienced nursing professionals who excel in leadership and operational management.

• Pay: $148,262/year
• Location: Red Bank, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Manage 24/7 accountability for the assigned unit(s).
• Oversee daily operations and interprofessional collaboration.
• Execute policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitor nursing standards of practice and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and evaluate budgetary and financial priorities.
• Promote cost-effective use of organizational resources.
• Demonstrate leadership through effective communication and mentoring.
• Supervise educational programs and evidence-based practice.
• Support the Magnet Program Director and shared governance model.
• Review complaints and opportunities for improvement with timely follow-up.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred
• Experience: 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse required
• 3+ years' progressive leadership experience preferred

• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible
