Unarmed Gatehouse Security Officer (Red Bank, NJ)
Iron Rock Security is now accepting resumes for an unarmed gatehouse security officer in Red Bank, NJ. Guard will be assigned to the pool area checking guest and resident passes and ensuring the rules are being followed.
Salary – $17.00 per hour
Shift Availability – Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type – Full time / Part time
Work Location – One location, Red Bank
ResponsibilitiesScreen visitors to the community and allow or deny access through the visitor log software program utilized at the gatehouse. Perform mobile patrol throughout the community. Monitor the gate and ensure compliance with community rules and regulations. Maintain accurate logs and reports as required.
Skills- Proven experience as a security officer; gatehouse experience a plus
- Proficient in navigating visitor log software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task and stay organized
- Familiarity with report writing
- Strong surveillance and observation skills
- CPR/First Aid Certified (Required)
- Security experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sora 1 card (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Clean driver’s record (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Medical benefits available after 60 days

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
